Returns and Refunds Policy
At Aphrodite’s Whisper, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a strict no-returns policy except in cases where an item is proven to be faulty. Please read our policy below for further details:
No Returns
For hygiene and health safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any products, once the safety seal has been broken even if they are unused. This ensures every product you receive is brand-new and untouched.
Faulty Items
If you receive a product that you believe is faulty, we’re here to help. Please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@aphroditeswhisper.com.
- Provide:
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the fault.
- A short video clearly demonstrating the issue.
Once the fault is confirmed, we will send you a like-for-like replacement at no additional cost. If the faulty product is no longer available, we will issue a full refund.
Conditions for Faulty Item Claims

Do not send any item back without prior approval from our customer support team. Unauthorized returns will not be processed. -
Buyer Responsibility for Returns:
If a return is required, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service. Aphrodite’s Whisper is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.
